With lake views and a central location just minutes from Havasu’s best attractions, it’s the perfect home base for your crew.

Kids can claim the bunk room or pile into the movie room, adults have comfortable private bedrooms to retreat to, and the whole crew can come together around the pool, fire pit, dining table, or spacious living room.

A massive 85″ TV turns it into the perfect spot for movie marathons, game days, kids’ hangouts, or winding down after a full day on the water.
And with TVs throughout the bedrooms and living spaces, nobody has to fight over what’s on.

🌴 YOUR OWN HAVASU BACKYARD
The large backyard is ready for the Arizona sunshine.
Spend the afternoon floating in your private pool, set up the available pool volleyball for a little friendly competition, fire up the BBQ for dinner, or settle around the fire pit when the desert evening cools down.

Villa Risa is pet friendly with prior approval and pet fee- the home even has a dedicated dog run along the side of the home, making traveling with your four-legged family members that much easier.
