Amenities
We really enjoyed staying here. Even with a few hiccups, it still deserves 5 stars. Upon arrival, the fridge wasn’t cooling. Called the property manager, they were there in 20 minutes to measure for a new fridge which was delivered and installed the next day, while we were out on the lake. Very responsive!
The beds were crazy comfortable, I loved all the decor, and the home was spotless. The living room is a little tiny, but fine for a family of 4. We loved the front sitting area outside, it was just too hot to really enjoy. I’m sure it’s great in the cooler months.
The only issue we had was that the garage smell was so bad that we couldn’t even use it. I am not sure if the people that rented before us smoked in the garage or what, but it was awful. Such a shame because the kids were looking forward to playing games. The pool is nice and the jacuzzi was great. Not a lot of shade in the back other than umbrellas.

We stay a lot in Havasu and found this home to be the best of the best! From the pool, to the cleanliness of the kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms it was perfect! The host was also very responsive and friendly. We will definitely be returning. Thank you for providing a great space and helping our family make a ton of new memories!!
